This is personalised Nutritional Therapy for women who are fed up with their hormonal symptoms and would like some answers. Is this you?

​I'd love to tell you about easy hacks for instant change, but our bodies take a while to adjust. The diet programmes that tempt you with a new body in three weeks just don't work. That's the truth. The good news is that we can make the change doable. We will eliminate wasted time on approaches that promise the earth but don't deliver. 

A taster of what you can expect 

  • We will create a mission that lights you up.

  • There will be space for you to share everything that has happened and all of your health frustrations.

  • It all starts with a thorough health assessment.

  • We will talk about what underlying health issues or behaviours may have been holding you back so far. 

  • You will have a personalised nutritional plan tailored to your mission. 

  • It includes personalised recipes and learning how to adapt meals.

  • You will get supplement recommendations (if needed) with safety checks.

  • There will be a bespoke mix of education, advice and coaching.

  • GP referral where needed (with your involvement).

  • You can count on email support throughout.

  • All packages wrap up with a final session so we can celebrate your achievements.
    Spoiler alert – there will be wins! Some of them unexpected.

We have three levels of support because one size rarely fits all. If you're wondering which might work best for you, think about how easy or hard you have found health change in the past. Think about how much change you're ready for and what pace would work best. Prices start from £390.

Where you need help getting started but want to meet monthly as you’re super busy and need a light pace.  

Where you crave a brisker pace, and you want to meet fortnightly as you want to get moving.

Where you want to go faster by meeting weekly or commit to longer as you’re all-in.

The gentle pace

This is a great option when you have a health goal in mind and know you need help getting started. This could be right for you if you feel confident in making changes once you're pointed in the right direction. Or you don't have much time, and you need to take it gently to start with.

You can jump-start your goal with:

  • A 60-minute initial health assessment

  • 3 consultations at a monthly pace

  • A personalised nutrition and wellbeing plan paced into monthly chapters

The lively pace

This is the best option if you have struggled to make health changes in the past, or perhaps your symptoms are troubling you and need some attention fast. Many of my clients find that breaking down their change into two week chunks is the best way for them to start and sustain the change they want.

This option offers you more consultation time with me, which includes:

  • A longer 90-minute health assessment

  • 6 x 30-minute consultations - fortnightly

  • Your nutrition and wellbeing plan is paced into fortnightly chapters

  • The time to include testing if you need it

The dedicated pace

This is the full 'bells and whistles' package for those of you who are 'all-in' and want to go faster. We move together towards your health mission, meeting weekly or fortnightly - it's your choice. This is for you if you're ready to put yourself at the top of your to-do list.

This is the option with the most consultation time with me, most coaching time and most resources, including:

  • A 90-minute health assessment

  • 12 x 30-minute consultations held weekly or fortnightly (your choice) 

  • So the programme lasts either 3 or 6 months.

  • Your plan will be divided into your chosen pace - this is the fully bespoke plan.

  • The time to include testing if you need it.
