It’s that moment when you’re left wondering what on earth has happened to your body. After hitting your forties, you were supposed to be in control. Then the hormones started misbehaving.

Hours of online searching later, and you’re no better off. It can be so frustrating to have tried over and over again to get things sorted. Call it hormones, perimenopause, or menopause. Whichever way, you don’t have to put up with it, and there’s a way through.

I help women to find a way forward using a personalised nutrition approach. My clients ask to be stronger, fitter and healthier. Meet Becky 

Hi there. I founded More Myself Nutrition because I knew hormonal imbalances can leave us feeling utterly unrecognisable from who we once were.

I help clients with hormones that are wreaking havoc. And I don't just mean estrogen. My clients are constantly on the go; life tends to be exhausting, dashing from one thing to another with no time for themselves. Then something has to give.

​
